I remember the first time I saw people doing #compasspose on IG, I was like, “Hoooow are they able to put that leg in this position?” and, “How is this even possible?” 🤔

I started journaling at the end of 2015. I only like to write with pen and paper though 😄 I tried to do it on my computer but it just feels different 🤷♀️

How long did it take me to do a headstand off the wall? Or how long did it take me to achieve king pigeon pose without the use of a strap?
Back in July, my core was so weak and my wrists hurt so much 🤣
