Who’s reading who?
A few days ago, I was lost in my thoughts and caught myself thinking about one episode of Game of Thrones, when Podrick spent the night with the courtesans and they didn’t charge him any money for it.
I hadn’t talked about it, I hadn’t searched for it. I hadn’t even watched or read any Game of Thrones-related content.
Yet, this night, while watching YouTube shorts, lo and behold, a video with the scene I was thinking about appeared.
Is YouTube reading my mind?
No, it’s not. It’s my brain that caught up to the YouTube algorithm and knows what they’re going to recommend sooner or later.
