This morning I decided to meditate 🇧🇷
I don’t know for how long though π€
There were so many thoughts. It was overwhelming at first π΅
I tried not to judge them and just be there as the ‘watcher’ π
Easier said than doneβ¦ π
But I noticed that it made me more mindful regarding how I react to some stuff. And it makes me want to continue meditation.
My main issue is that I either fall asleep or get lost in my thoughts and I don’t remember I was meditating π€£
