One thing for sure is this: by tracking how much time I was spending on meditating, practicing yoga and learning Portuguese, it motivated me to do more.
Up until I got pregnant again, my yoga practice was about showing up every day and making progress.
I don’t know if it was mother instinct or just a coincidence but I stopped practicing yoga in my early days of pregnancy.

I’ve been doing a lot of free flows these past few weeks and one pose that I’m struggling with is #revolvedtrianglepose.
All I wanted was a quick fix for my knees because I hurt them after running 10km 🏃♀️
Woke up before 6AM, couldn’t sleep anymore so I did my yoga practice for an hour.

The Bakasana was the first arm balance I learned in yoga, and when I couldn’t get into the position the first time I tried it, I thought I’d never managed to do it. I couldn’t possibly understand how people could hold their whole body onto their arms without breaking them.
