The first pic was when I was practicing 8 angle pose for the first time. And since I kept putting my leg behind my shoulder, I thought I’d briefly try compass pose and this was the result 😂
I remember the first time I saw people doing #compasspose on IG, I was like, “Hoooow are they able to put that leg in this position?” and, “How is this even possible?” 🤔
I started doing yoga back in April and at first, it was because of a knee injury that was preventing me from running. I still wanted to stay active and yoga seemed like an appropriate solution for me.
