Back in 2010 I was working as a level 2 infrastructure analyst at a tech company in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. As part of my responsibilities, I had to interact constantly with different software developers, so it was common for me to have lunch with them.
Lately, I had been checking profiles of former colleagues and classmates out of curiosity.
After reading a list of [mostly wrong] predictions I wrote back in 2017, I asked Davidson what was his vision for the years to come. Instead of giving me a list of things he’d like to happen, he just said that whatever happens he wants to have freedom of time and location.
Although I don’t have all the answers (yet), I believe everything will fall into place with time.
When I used to work at my corporate job I had two main spreadsheets:
The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why.Mark Twain
Although she’d made it
She couldn’t help herself but to
Feel empty inside.
Have you lost your mind?
Why did you quit your job? Why?!
You had everything.
And she quit her job
To have a new beginning
And to be happy.
If someone had told me 3 years ago that at 30 I’d be engaged, a mom, a self-published author, and writing on my own blog, I’d say “Bullshit!”. At that time, I had a different plan in my mind, still trying to figure out which career I could have.
