Pincha hollowback progress (Jun 24, 2020)

Work in progress:

  1. Getting my 🍑 down ⬇️
  2. Pushing my chest forward ➡️
  3. Breathing calmly 🧘

What I plan to do:

  1. Open up more my shoulders
  2. Strengthen my shoulders with forearm plank, dolphin pose and dolphin pushups
  3. Practice, practice and be patient
