Work in progress:
- Getting my 🍑 down ⬇️
- Pushing my chest forward ➡️
- Breathing calmly 🧘
What I plan to do:
- Open up more my shoulders
- Strengthen my shoulders with forearm plank, dolphin pose and dolphin pushups
- Practice, practice and be patient
