I’ve made many stupid decisions in the past that I’m not proud of.

I believe it’s a never ending quest and, actually, I like it that way.

The first time I’ve been to Cuiabá was 5 years ago and I thought I was going to die because of the heat 🥵

Up until I got pregnant again, my yoga practice was about showing up every day and making progress.

I realized I can’t write and publish in one go 😵

If you’re truly being honest with yourself, you know what you want in life.

Sometimes I just can’t help it 😭
