My two favorite quad stretches

If you’re a runner, these are two yummy stretches that your quads will thank you for doing:

  1. From lizard pose you twist toward your front leg, then you grab your back leg until you feel a nice stretch. It can be uncomfortable at first but definitely not painful. Breathe deeply and try holding onto this pose for at least 5 long breaths.
  2. From pigeon pose, you grab your back leg and push your foot toward your 🍑. Hold on for 5 long breaths as well (or more if you can).

NOTE: Focus on the stretch and try surrendering to it. Meaning if you hold long enough, at some point there will be no tension anymore. You’ll feel relaxed 🥰

Give them a try and let me know in the comments what kinds of posts you want to see next 🙃

Thanks for reading and wishing you a lovely day 💗
