My banana shake recipe
What you’ll need
Good for 1 person (yes I’m selfish 🤫)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 orange
- 1 yogurt
- I personally prefer Greek yogurt because it’s more filling but it’s not available where I live
- A splash of milk or water
- To adjust the consistency of your shake
What to do
- Gather all the ingredients
- Put them all in the blender
- Mix until everything is crushed
- Ready to be served 😋
What I like to add sometimes
- Honey
- Cereals
- I like to add them on top of the shake
- Another fruit (frozen or not): pineapple, mango,…
- A frozen juice: cupuaçu*, acerola*, caju*,…
