It’s ok to feel sad
Sometimes I just can’t help it ðŸ˜
But I know it’s only temporary.
As long as I accept how I feel and don’t try to avoid or disguise them, it will be a matter of hours (sometimes days) before I’m back to normal.
Some reminders for me (and maybe for you too)
Feel what you got to feel but don’t believe what your mind tells you.
Don’t try to find a reason of why you’re sad.
Just feel and let it be.
Don’t hold yourself back.
If you feel like crying, cry.
Feelings are just feelings.
They come and go.
At some point, you’ll feel better. But first you need to accept those feelings without judging them.
Only then you’ll be able to move on with your life.
