It’s my fault

I used to blame people when things were going wrong with my life. There was always someone to blame—even if it was absurd. I just needed to blame someone. Just like when I had arthritis at 25.

You usually tend to blame others when in reality it’s all your fault if you’re feeling unhappy, sad, angry, anxious, worried…

Instead of letting go of those negative thoughts, you cling to them. It becomes addictive. You don’t wanna let these feelings go away from your life.

But what happens if you do? Will your situation get any worse?
