How I also like to start my day 🇧🇷
I started journaling at the end of 2015. I only like to write with pen and paper though 😄 I tried to do it on my computer but it just feels different 🤷♀️
I write about how I feel, what’s on my mind these days, what I’m grateful for and sometimes what I’d like to accomplish.
What I like to do also is to read some of my old entries and most of the times l’d make fun of myself because of how dramatic I was about a certain situation 😂 – which turned out better than expected!
Journaling helps me to understand myself better and to put into words my feelings, which is something I still struggle with (I was such a mess when Davidson met me 🙈).
