Here’s how much we spent in Malaysia on August 2016
We arrived in Kuala Lumpur on August 10th around 9PM and spent one night in a Airbnb homestay.
The next day, we had planned to go to Penang. At first, we thought about going by train but things didn’t go according to our plans.

Accommodation
Only 34€ for the night spent in Kuala Lumpur.
In Penang, we worked part-time in a hostel in exchange for free accommodation.
Coworking space
We spent only 1 day at the only coworking space, @CAT, in George Town and it costs 25MYR per person. You can access only during the weekdays from 9AM to 6PM. If you’d like to access even during the week-end you have to subscribe for the monthly access.
Food & drinks
We ate mostly street food and spent 827MYR (207€).
