For our last month in Penang, I wanted to show you how cheap it was to live here (especially when you get familiar with the city). Here’s our first week from October 1st to 7th 2016.
We arrived in Chiang Mai on June 19supth/sup, after spending 3 days in Bangkok. And the only thing I wanted to absolutely do in Chiang Mai was to go to an elephant park.
Davidson and I were having our breakfast at Adan World Hostel as usual.
We were supposed to leave Malaysia on September 6th and catch a flight to go to Bali. But we decided to extend our stay here until the end of our 3-month visa.
We arrived in Kuala Lumpur on August 10th around 9PM and spent one night in a Airbnb homestay.
We spent the entire afternoon at the genocide museum. Almost 3 hours listening to horrible stories 🙁 Then we went back to our Couchsurf host’s place.
We booked a Thai Cooking Class with Thai Akha Cooking School.
We arrived in Kuala Lumpur by night.
We spent 28 days in Cambodia from July 13supth/sup to August 10supth/sup, 2016.
This morning, my boyfriend and I decided to try the new fitness gym called « Angkor Inter Fitness ». The place is located not far from our hostel, Adan World Hostel, and is actually on our way to the café Common Grounds where we spend most of our afternoons working on our laptops.
