Headstand tip: how to walk your feet in (and avoid kicking them up)?

A couple of weeks ago @mommalearnsyoga asked me this question on my headstand tutorial.

I suggested her that maybe it was because she was not engaging her core.

A couple of weeks passed and yesterday I was happy to read that she finally managed to enter her headstand without jumping, thanks to my tip 🙃 swipe to read her post about it 👉 and swipe again for a demo 👉👉

Hopefully this tip will help other people as well 🤗

If you find this useful, spread the word by sharing this with someone you know who’s working on headstand or by tagging me in your post! I’d love to see your progress ❤️

Thank you 🙏 and remember to practice safely 😘😘
