19 de Abril de 2020 🇺🇸

Acordei antes das 6 da manhã, não conseguia mais dormir então decidi praticar yoga por uma hora.

Depois de terminar a prática, tinha uma pequena voz na minha cabeça querendo que eu praticasse mais um pouco enquanto Ellie ainda estava dormindo. Mas daí eu pensei: “Quer saber? Estou me sentindo ótimo agora. É o bastante.”

Ao fazer isso eu tive tempo de tomar um banho, editar alguns dos meus vídeos, beber um café e tomar café da manhã. E quando eu terminei, Ellie acordou. Ela estava de bom humor. E eu também 🥰
