April 19, 2020 🇧🇷

Woke up before 6AM, couldn’t sleep anymore so I did my yoga practice for an hour.

After finishing my practice, there was a tiny voice in my head wanting me to practice some more while Ellie was still asleep. But then I thought “you know what? I’m feeling great right now. This is enough.”

By doing so, I had time to have a shower, edit some of my videos, drink coffee and have breakfast. And by the time I was finished, Ellie woke up. She was in a good mood. And me too 🥰
