Yesterday I woke up at 6h30 and practiced for 1h30. It felt sooo good 🥰 I wasn’t expecting to practice that much but since Ellie was still sleeping, I took advantage of it and practiced as much as my body would allow me to.

Today was different.

Although I was awake before 7AM, Ellie came in our bed and she just fell asleep beside me. I could’ve left and go on my mat but instead I decided to embrace the moment.

I watched her breathing, put my hand on top of her chest and listened to her heart beating. Then I looked at Davidson and took a deep breath. I felt deep gratitude for having both of them in my life.

Note to self: Life is about the little things ❤️
